Hi Chuck,

We just wanted to let you know how much we love the house.  We spend our first weekend there and the only thing we didn't like was leaving.

Every single detail is even better than how I pictured it.  You guys really do quality/stand-out work and you understand your clients desire for high-design and functionality.  There's nothing else like it out there. Trust me, I looked.

Also, Pete and Amanda have been just awesome.  Working with them was so much fun.  They both go above and beyond.   Amanda thinks of everything.  She helped me figure out how to place my furniture and even sent me notices of when vendors were having sales!  Pete came up with so many great options/suggestions that I never would have thought of on my own (black kitchen sink which I LOVE by the way, my floor stain, etc).  I think they said they are doing 12 houses right now (or something), but I always felt like ours was the only one.  I could go on and on. Bottom line - you have a really awesome team.

This whole process was stress-free and fun.  I want to do it again.  

Now....can we build another one???
