It's a good little story about a good little house in a good little town. If you could add up some way all the benefits these SuCo towns get from our marketing and building efforts, the results would probably be eye-popping.

This Lake Front Ranch in Barryville NY is one of our few homes directly in a lake - a deep water, mountain fed lake at that.
Since Jim and Doug helped us tweak this Ranch, it has become one of our favorites, or should I say, one of our clients favorites.
We build these big wide bleacher stairs facing the lake.
And the rest sort of speaks for itself.
There you have it - another one dreamed up built and sold.

Here's a new video talking about Catskill Farms owner Charles Petersheim, his upstate journey and the beginnings of Catskill Farms. History of Catskill Farms & its Founder Catskill Farms. Just talking with the team today about what to do with this blog we've been keeping since 2007, before the transition to social media and the like. We definitely don't do as much creative writing through this medium as we used to, and it's hard to say whether anyone cared anyways, but still, 10 years of writing the blog it's hard to just decide to put the pen down. We shall see.
